The data collected via the website (contact form for appointments, newsletter subscription, social media contact, account creation) will only be used for commercial purposes with the explicit consent of the owner of this information. For example: accepting the T&Cs when requesting contact. Regarding the contact form, by filling it in, you agree that the data you have provided will be stored and used by the data controller within the framework of our collaboration. Your data will be kept for up to three years after the end of our collaboration. They will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. You can request their deletion or modification at any time by writing to tas@bordier-schmidhauser.ch.

1.2.3 – What personal data is collected about me and how is it collected?

1. The contact form We use a contact form on our website. In this form, you must provide your name, email address, telephone number and the option to arrange an appointment or request any information you may need. This form is used so that you can arrange an appointment for a demonstration of our solution and, during this meeting, discuss your needs. 2. Cookies We use cookies on our website for statistical and performance purposes. We want to know the number of visitors, the type of visitors, the time spent on the website, the number of pages viewed and the performance of the different pages. The aim of these cookies is to help us provide you with the best possible experience on our website. This data is used for marketing and commercial purposes for contact requests. 3. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time by notifying tas@bordier-schmidhauser.ch. The data collected with the explicit consent of the owner will be deleted after 24 months if no commercial contact has been maintained with the owner.

Only Tabatha Schmidhauser is the recipient of your data. No data is transferred to third parties. How can I exercise my rights regarding the use of personal data? In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can exercise your rights (access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction and portability where applicable) either by email: tas@bordier-schmidhauser.ch or by post: Bordier-Schmidhauser SA, Rue du Vieux-Collège 8, 1204 Geneva. Consent to the use of personal data must be explicit, otherwise Tabatha Schmidhauser undertakes not to use this data. Every individual has the right to request from the data controller access to personal data, rectification or deletion of such data, or restriction of processing relating to the data subject, or the right to object to processing and the right to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent. Regarding the contact form, by using this form you agree that Tabatha Schmidhauser may contact you for commercial purposes. Tabatha Schmidhauser undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or objection or any other additional information request within a period not exceeding 1 month from receipt of your request. If you believe that Tabatha Schmidhauser is not complying with its obligations regarding your personal information, you have the right to lodge a complaint or request with the competent authority, namely the FDPIC.
