This union was born out of necessity. Bordier & Schmidhauser embodies an unwavering desire to bring our strengths together and develop them in a rapidly changing world. Today, a wave of modernity is flowing through Bordier & Schmidhauser SA, where shared values inspire our five directors, each representing a different generation: Alain Bordier and his son Nicolas T. Bordier, Charles Schmidhauser and his son Ayrton Schmidhauser, and Lino Moro.
